Service Description
A Sunday ritual through the four elements. △ Week 1 — Earth · Grounding, slow strength, nervous system regulation through stillness 𖤓 Week 2 — Fire · Activation, breath-led movement, building internal heat ༆ Week 3 — Air · Breathwork-focused, lightness, mental clarity ◇ Week 4 — Water · Flow-based movement, release, sound bath integration ♡ Earth Love ♡ For every guest who joins us, we plant a tree. 🌱 After each class, you’ll receive a certificate confirming the number of trees planted - a small gesture that helps create a lasting impact for our planet. What to expect: 90 minutes of guided movement, breathwork, and live crystal bawl sound healing on the sand as the sun melts into the Gulf. No experience needed - each week meets your body and nervous system exactly where they are. Bring your mat, your water, and an open mind.
