Welcome to Infinite Flow Wellness. By accessing our website, booking a class, or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

1. General Terms

  • Infinite Flow Wellness is a yoga and wellness service provider operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • These Terms govern all use of our website, services, classes, retreats, and events.

  • By completing a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or booking with the consent of a parent/guardian if under 18.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment at the time of reservation.

  • Payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) or as otherwise displayed at checkout.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other options listed on our website.

  • Infinite Flow Wellness reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused services.

  • Rescheduling may be permitted if requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability and administrative fees.

  • Any exceptions or credits are granted solely at the discretion of Infinite Flow Wellness.

4. Participation & Health Disclaimer

  • By booking and attending our services, you confirm that you are in suitable health to participate in yoga and wellness activities.

  • Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

  • Infinite Flow Wellness, its instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, medical conditions, or damages arising from participation.

  • We strongly recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new wellness or fitness program.

5. User Conduct & Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking.

  • You agree to conduct yourself respectfully during all classes, events, and retreats.

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a session without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by Infinite Flow Wellness, including but not limited to class materials, branding, logos, text, images, and recordings, is the exclusive property of Infinite Flow Wellness.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

7. Media & Promotional Use

  • By attending our classes or events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish to appear in media content, you must notify us in writing prior to the session.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in that policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Flow Wellness shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services or use of our website.

  • This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property loss, or financial damages.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Amendments to Terms

  • Infinite Flow Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
