Self Love Thursdays ♡ Sweat & glow. ꕤ Week 1 Pilates Sculpt (Full Body · High Intensity) *A dynamic full-body workout with a stronger focus on strength, endurance, and calorie burn. ꕤ Week 2 Pilates Lean & Tone (Full Body · Low Impact) *A low-impact full-body Pilates class designed to improve posture, muscle tone, and mobility. ꕤ Week 3 Booty & Core Pilates * A targeted workout focused on glutes, abs, and core stability ꕤ Week 4 Pilates Flow *A flowing full-body Pilates class focused on mobility, balance, and mindful movement. After class, we wind down with tea, matcha, or something sweet at a nearby café, with golden-hour views toward Burj Al Arab. Bring your girls, wear pink, and show up for you. ♡ Earth Love ♡ For every guest who joins us, we plant a tree. 🌱 After each class, you’ll receive a certificate confirming the number of trees planted - a small gesture that helps create a lasting impact for our planet. Kindly bring your yoga mat and bottle of water. Location: Jumeirah Beach (next to Marsa Al Arab & Burj Al Arab)

Bookings & Payments Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Payments are made in AED or as shown at checkout. We accept cards and other payment methods listed on our website.
