Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy All bookings are final. Refunds are not available once a class, workshop, or event has been booked. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session may be rescheduled to another available date (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session and no-shows will be forfeited in full. No rescheduling or credit will be provided. Workshops, retreats, and special events operate under a strict no-refund, no-reschedule policy unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. By booking, you agree to these terms. Exceptions will not be made. Photography & Media Classes, workshops, and events may be recorded, photographed, or filmed. By attending, you consent to your image being used for marketing and promotional purposes by Infinite Flow Wellness across all platforms. If you do not wish to appear in such content, it is your responsibility to notify the instructor before the session begins.
