This one-hour morning practice is designed to gently awaken the body, calm the mind, and reconnect you with your breath before the day begins. Surrounded by the sound of the waves, you’ll move through a mindful flow suitable for all levels, from first-timers to seasoned practitioners.
📍 Location: Kite N Surf Nessnass. Date & Time: Sunday | 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM (please arrive by 6:50 AM to settle in before we begin)💡 Parking Tip: The beach can get busy even in the early hours, so we recommend arriving a little earlier to find parking and settle into the space.
